Anyway, according to leaked news, partially through the United States’ Patent Office, WWE are looking to bring back two similar tournaments: King and. Queen of the Ring.

Also noted (and this may change) but it will eschew the format of the late 90s and early 2000s where the resulting PPV had. Only the last few matches, all of the tournaments will be each night.

Although to editorialise, the pops for the more ‘Long Duration one night tornaments’ tend to noticeably diminish whether the matches deserve it or not.

Fun fact in the year I got into wrestling, the King Of The Ring is current AEW specimen, Billy Gunn.
