While i i worth noting that the very journalist who broke he story about AEW Fight Forever coming to gamepass day and date of release due to their source, AEW Games have responded.

AEW Games have said there are no plans to make AEW Fight Forever available on any monthly services (Xbox Game Pass has an annual alternative) but to stay tuned to AEW Full Gear on November 19 for a further announcement.

To editorialise, I think throwing away being on gamepass day and date is a huge mistake. It would give this relatively new company access to a huge potential player base of those new to the product, especially those conditioned to think WWE is the be all and end all.

We shall see what the announcement is in due course.
