According to Dave Meltzer and Wrestling Observer Radio, AEW Heavyweight Champion CM Punk will miss his second consecutive PPV emanating from the state represented by Abe Lincoln and Barrack Hussein Obama, namely Illinois.

This is because the AEW Champion is thought to not be cleared medically by the time September 4 (5 for those of us inclined to use GMT) rolls around.
